It looks as if present directors are very much inspired by movies made by Hrishikesh Mukherjee & Basu Chatterjee. Both of these yester-years directors portray simple kind of stories & that all in simplistic mannerism. Toh Baat Pakki movie’s director Kedarh Shinde, seems to be simply inspired by these veterans great works & he tries to portray story which is easily identifiable & humor dipped too.
But the movie Toh Baat Pakki is not that stimulating as we could expect it to be. Although the movie has wonderful incidents, some yester-year kind of charm but mainly humor at many moments falls simply flat, especially towards scenes near the ending of the story.
A single line to express regarding the movie: It’s a half-baked cuisine!

After this shift in gear, Rajeshwari feels that its luck, that now GOD presented them with better prospect. Now Rajeshwari plans to fix up Nisha with Yuvraaj.
Main problem film makers’ face is that the kind of narration story-tellers tell, it may initially sound convincing & appealing but the main problem which unfolds is that portraying the story on screen proves to be unconvincing.
